REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN FOR DANCEWOODS FESTIVAL 2015 (ITALY)
Dancewoods Festival offers a week of intense dance training in a rural environment in connection with the local community, its culture and its traditions. A meeting between dance, nature, silence and care from which emerges a profound artistic and cultural exchange and opportunities for training and research.
The fourth edition of Dancewoods Festival is coming and it will be held in Gombola, a village that dates back to 1600s and and it’s situated on the peak of a hill in the Modena Apennines of Polinago – Italy.

When: From June 29 to July 5 2015
The training program will be held by Jos Baker(UK), the talented dancer from Peeping Tom, the researcher and musician Ivan Mijacevic (Slovenia), the explorer of vertical territories Wanda Moretti (Italy). All of this combined with the morning classes of Feldenkrais Method with Teri Weikel (USA).
In addition to the workshops there will be art expositions in the old prisons of the castle, sharing works time and the opportunity to explore the landscape in donkey’s pace.
Dancers, movers, performers and all kind of performing artists are invited to participate.
